TNFRSF13C, also known as BAFF receptor, plays a critical role in the immune system by regulating B cell survival and maturation, and its dysregulation has been implicated in autoimmune diseases, lymphoproliferative disorders, and immune deficiencies. Reported linearity is 91-105%, 88-99%, and 91-100% for serum; 94-105%, 85-101%, and 91-98% for EDTA plasma; and 91-102%, 90-100%, and 81-97% for heparin plasma. Recovery is 88-93% (average 90%) for serum, 85-99% (average 95%) for EDTA plasma, and 85-94% (average 91%) for heparin plasma.
