Mouse TNF alpha ELISA Kit

TNF-alpha (Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha) is a pro-inflammatory cytokine involved in immune responses and inflammation, playing a role in various physiological and pathological processes. The Assay Genie Mouse TNF alpha ELISA Kit is a sandwich ELISA designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of Mouse TNF-alpha concentrations in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids, with reactivity confirmed for mouse samples.

The assay uses a colorimetric detection method with a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/ml and an assay range of 31.25–2000 pg/ml. Recovery was validated by spiking Mouse TNF-alpha into serum, EDTA plasma, and UFH plasma; recovery ranges were 85–105% (average 97%), 85–99% (average 91%), and 89–102% (average 96%), respectively. Linearity was demonstrated across serial dilutions of spiked samples, with serum at 88–93% (1:2), 85–103% (1:4) and 99–105% (1:8); EDTA plasma at 82–98%, 89–98% and 96–98%; and UFH plasma at 80–94%, 83–100% and 83–100%. Intra-assay CV is below 8% and inter-assay CV is below 10%. For research use only.

The kit includes a pre-coated dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, sample/standard dilution buffer, biotin-labeled antibody and its dilution buffer, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (SABC) and its dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, wash buffer, and plate sealer. Components are stored at 4°C for 6 months.
