Mouse TLR6 ELISA Kit

A reliable sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of Toll-like receptor 6 (TLR6) levels in mouse serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. TLR6 is described as a key component of the immune system that plays a crucial role in recognizing and responding to microbial pathogens, and the assay supports research into immune response, inflammation, and infection in mouse models.

The kit is configured as a double-antibody sandwich ELISA with a colorimetric readout measured at 450 nm. Reported sensitivity is 0.188 ng/mL and the standard range is 0.313–20 ng/mL. Reactivity is specific to mouse and the research area is immunology; TLR6 is also known as CD286. Reported linearity at the 1:2 dilution in tested samples is 86–104% for serum, 82–99% for EDTA plasma, and 90–98% for heparin plasma, while recovery averages are 94% for serum, 92% for EDTA plasma, and 96% for heparin plasma. The kit is stored at 2–8 °C for 12 months.

The workflow follows a standard sandwich protocol: equilibrate reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature and set up standard, test and zero wells on the pre-coated plate; incubate at 37 °C for 90 minutes for antigen binding; add biotin-labeled detection antibody and incubate at 37 °C for 60 minutes; add HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) and incubate at 37 °C for 30 minutes; develop with TMB substrate in the dark for 10–20 minutes; then add stop solution and read absorbance at 450 nm.
