Mouse TLR4 interactor with leucine rich repeats (Tril) ELISA Kit

A research-use-only Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie, designed for the quantitative detection of mouse TLR4 interactor with leucine rich repeats (TRIL), also known as Leucine-rich repeat-containing protein KIAA0644. The kit is intended for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and is specific for natural and recombinant mouse TRIL. Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/ml, a sensitivity of 0.084 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 4.5%, and an inter-assay CV of 7.9%. Recovery is 85% (80-91%) in serum and 87% (81-93%) in plasma. Linearity is reported for dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.

TRIL is a single-pass type I membrane protein (UniProt Q9DBY4; NCBI Gene ID 66873; molecular weight 88,810 Da) that functions as a component of the TLR4 signaling complex, mediating the innate immune response to bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and leading to cytokine secretion.
