Mouse Tissue Plasminogen Activator/TPA ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of mouse tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. tPA is a key enzyme involved in fibrinolysis and thrombolysis, and dysregulation of tPA levels has been implicated in cardiovascular disorders and stroke, making it an important biomarker in cardiovascular research.

The assay is configured as a double-antibody sandwich ELISA with a sensitivity of 23.438 pg/mL and a working range of 39.063–2500 pg/mL. It is intended for mouse samples and should be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months. Validated matrices include serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma, with reported linearity at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions and recovery data across these sample types. The protocol uses a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin conjugate (SABC), and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm.
