Mouse Tissue factor (F3) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie supplies a sandwich ELISA developed for the quantitative measurement of mouse Tissue factor (F3) in research samples. The kit is reactive with mouse specimens and detects natural and recombinant mouse Tissue factor, also known as Coagulation factor III, CD142, TF, Cf-3 and Cf3.

According to the manufacturer, the assay has a detection range of 62.5-4000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 31.33pg/mL. Reproducibility is reported with an intra-assay CV of 6.4% and an inter-assay CV of 9.7%. Recommended samples include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Linearity has been validated for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16, with serum recovery between 97-109% and plasma recovery between 99-111%.

Tissue factor (F3) is a single-pass type I membrane protein that initiates blood coagulation by forming a complex with circulating factor VII or VIIa; the resulting [TF:VIIa] complex activates factors IX or X by specific limited proteolysis, contributing to normal hemostasis. The kit is intended for cardiovascular research and is for research use only.
