Mouse Tissue alpha -L-Fucosidase/FUCA1 ELISA Kit

The assay uses a colorimetric, double-antibody sandwich format with a biotin-labelled detection antibody, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, and TMB substrate read at 450 nm.
