Mouse TIE1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse TIE1 (Tyrosine-protein kinase receptor Tie-1) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection. Standards and samples are incubated on the pre-coated plate at 37°C, followed by a biotin-labeled detection antibody, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) binding, TMB substrate development in the dark, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm. Linearity data (n=5) at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions are 86-98%, 82-101% and 80-100% for serum; 94-103%, 83-101% and 90-100% for EDTA plasma; and 90-103%, 82-100% and 87-95% for heparin plasma. Spike-and-recovery averages are 97% for serum, 97% for EDTA plasma and 99% for heparin plasma (recovery ranges 93-101%, 89-104% and 97-103% respectively). Unopened kit components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
