Mouse Thyroid hormone receptor alpha (Thra) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a sandwich ELISA kit for the precise measurement of mouse Thyroid hormone receptor alpha (THRA) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay reports a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.174 ng/mL, and is specific for natural and recombinant mouse THRA.

THRA functions as a nuclear hormone receptor that can act as a repressor or activator of transcription, and is a high-affinity receptor for thyroid hormones including triiodothyronine and thyroxine. Detection is colorimetric and read on a microplate reader at 450 nm. The kit is intended for research use only.
