Mouse Thyroglobulin ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA with double antibody configuration from Assay Genie provides quantitative detection of thyroglobulin in mouse serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay has a sensitivity of 75 pg/mL and a detection range of 125–8000 pg/mL. Thyroglobulin is a key protein in thyroid function and a biomarker for conditions including hypothyroidism and thyroid cancer, making this kit applicable to research on thyroid disorders in mouse models.

Reported linearity for serum at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions (n = 5) is 85-98%, 88-100%, and 93-101%. EDTA plasma linearity is 88-101%, 83-98%, and 82-100%. Heparin plasma linearity is 85-99%, 85-98%, and 80-97%. Recovery averages are 93% for serum (range 88-97%), 92% for EDTA plasma (range 85-101%), and 94% for heparin plasma (range 87-102%). Storage is 2–8°C for 12 months.
