Mouse Thymus Expressed Chemokine/TECK ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA with double antibody format and colorimetric detection, from Assay Genie, designed for the quantitative measurement of Thymus-expressed Chemokine (TECK) in mouse samples. The assay is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a working range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Linearity has been demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions in serum (85-104%), EDTA plasma (84-98%), and heparin plasma (92-100%) matrices. Recovery ranges from 88-96% in serum (average 92%), 86-105% in EDTA plasma (average 96%), and 87-103% in heparin plasma (average 93%).

The protocol includes primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, detection antibody binding at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin binding at 37°C for 30 minutes, and TMB substrate development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, with absorbance read at 450 nm. Sample preparation guidelines cover serum, plasma, tissue homogenate, cell culture supernatant, and cell lysate. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. TECK is implicated in immune regulation, cell migration, and inflammation, with relevance to autoimmune disease, allergy, and cancer research.
