Mouse Thymus Expressed Chemokine (TECK) ELISA Kit

CCL25, also called TECK (Thymus-Expressed Chemokine), engages the CCR9 receptor and guides migration of developing thymocytes, gut-homing lymphocytes, and select dendritic cell subsets. This colorimetric ELISA kit from Assay Genie is built to quantify mouse TECK in serum samples, plasma samples, tissue homogenates, and other biological matrices relevant to immunology and gastrointestinal research.

Each pack contains reagents for 96 assays, sufficient to bracket standard curves with replicate wells on one plate. The procedure relies on an antibody-pair capture format with an HRP-driven colorimetric readout measured on a standard microplate reader, and the kit is supplied in a vial-and-plate configuration intended for in vitro laboratory research use only.
