TARC (also known as CCL17) is a CC-family chemokine that signals through the CCR4 receptor and drives recruitment of Th2 lymphocytes to sites of allergic inflammation. Researchers studying atopic dermatitis, asthma, and other Th2-skewed disease models use this Assay Genie ELISA kit to quantify circulating CCL17 as a biomarker of allergic disease activity. Each pack includes a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, lyophilized recombinant standards, and TMB substrate sufficient for the full batch. The assay uses a 100 ul sample volume with incubation at room temperature and reagents refrigerated at 4 degrees C between uses.
