Mouse Thymic stromal lymphopoietin (Tslp) ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is intended for the quantitative measurement of mouse Thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. TSLP is described as a key cytokine that plays a critical role in regulating immune responses, particularly in the development of allergic inflammation and asthma, and the assay is intended as a tool for studying these conditions and exploring potential therapeutic interventions in mouse models.

According to the manufacturer's specifications, the assay covers a detection range of 0.312-20 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.156 ng/mL. Reproducibility is reported with an intra-assay CV of 6.3% and an inter-assay CV of 7.6%. Linearity has been verified for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across serial dilutions, with recovery averaging 82% for serum (range 80-88%) and 84% for plasma (range 80-90%).
