Mouse Thrombospondin-1 ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie for the precise measurement of thrombospondin-1 levels in mouse samples, this Sandwich ELISA kit uses a double-antibody method with a sensitivity of 1.875 ng/mL and an assay range of 3.125-200 ng/mL. The kit accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types, and components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Validated linearity for serum (n=5) shows 85-105% at 1:2, 87-96% at 1:4, and 87-95% at 1:8 dilutions. EDTA plasma (n=5) reports 82-98%, 87-100%, and 83-101% across the same dilutions, while heparin plasma (n=5) reports 84-99%, 83-92%, and 81-100%. Recovery testing produced averages of 94% for serum, 94% for EDTA plasma, and 98% for heparin plasma. Detection relies on TMB substrate with absorbance read at 450 nm following HRP-streptavidin binding.
