Mouse Thrombopoietin (TPO) ELISA Kit

Thrombopoietin (TPO) is the principal cytokine regulator of megakaryocyte differentiation and platelet production, primarily synthesized by the liver and kidney. Researchers use this Assay Genie kit to quantify circulating TPO levels in mouse models of thrombocytopenia, bone marrow suppression, and recovery following myelosuppressive therapy.

Each kit contains the microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, serial-fold standard dilutions, wash buffer and substrate solution. Reagents should be stored refrigerated; reconstituted components and unused wells remain stable through multiple freeze-thaw cycles when aliquoted. For research use only, this ELISA is validated for mouse samples and shows no significant cross-reactivity with related cytokines such as EPO or IL-6.
