Mouse Thioredoxin/TRX protein ELISA Kit

The workflow follows a standard sandwich ELISA sequence: equilibrate reagents and TMB substrate, incubate standards and samples on the pre-coated plate at 37°C for 90 minutes, add the biotin-labeled detection antibody for a further 37°C incubation of 60 minutes, conjugate with HRP-Streptavidin for 30 minutes, develop colour with TMB substrate in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and read absorbance at 450 nm after adding stop solution.
