The assay demonstrates strong linearity across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples, with dilution linearity values ranging from 81% to 105% across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions. Spike-and-recovery performance shows serum recovery of 88-99% (average 94%), EDTA plasma 86-96% (average 91%), and heparin plasma 91-104% (average 99%). The procedure involves a primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody incubation for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, and TMB color development, with absorbance read at 450 nm.
