Mouse TFB1/GTF2H1 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a Sandwich ELISA (Double Antibody) kit designed for the accurate measurement of TFB1 (GTF2H1) levels in mouse samples. The colorimetric assay has mouse reactivity and is suited to research applications studying this protein in disease and normal biology.

Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Validated sample types are serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Kit components are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months. Recovery values are reported as 92–100% (average 96%) for serum, 92–104% (average 98%) for EDTA plasma, and 86–105% (average 92%) for heparin plasma, with linearity assessed at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions across the same sample types.

TFB1 (GTF2H1) is a subunit of the transcription factor TFIIH complex, which plays a central role in transcription initiation and DNA repair. Dysregulation of TFB1 (GTF2H1) has been linked to cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and developmental abnormalities, making the kit a relevant tool for studies within epigenetics and nuclear signalling research.
