Mouse Tetranectin (Clec3b) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of mouse Tetranectin (CLEC3B) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Tetranectin is also known as C-type lectin domain family 3 member B, with listed synonyms of plasminogen kringle 4-binding protein, TN and Tna. The kit is specific for natural and recombinant mouse tetranectin.

The assay has a detection range of 0.312-20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.194 ng/mL, with an intra-assay CV of 5.7% and inter-assay CV of 8.4%. Reported recovery averages 103% (range 97-109%) for serum and 105% (range 99-111%) for plasma. Linearity has been demonstrated at sample dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma matrices.

Mouse tetranectin is a homotrimeric secreted protein (UniProt P43025; molecular weight 22,257 Da) that binds plasminogen and isolated kringle 4 and may be involved in the packaging of molecules destined for exocytosis. The kit is intended for research use only.
