The Assay Genie TECK ELISA platform quantifies Thymus-Expressed Chemokine (CCL25), a CC-family chemokine that guides CCR9-positive precursors to the thymus and directs lymphocyte trafficking to the small intestinal epithelium. Investigators working on mucosal immunity, thymic selection, inflammatory bowel disease models, and CCR9/CCL25 axis signaling routinely apply this reagent to cell culture supernatant, plasma, and serum-derived matrices, each aliquoted at a 50 µL volume per well. The package contains a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer concentrate, TMB substrate, and stop reagent. Standards and samples are pipetted alongside a dilution series, followed by working detector addition and absorbance readout.
