Mouse TDGF1 ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the precise measurement of teratocarcinoma-derived growth factor 1 (TDGF1) in mouse-derived samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format and is intended for research applications investigating TDGF1, a protein involved in embryonic development and stem cell maintenance that regulates cell growth, differentiation, and proliferation. Dysregulation of TDGF1 has been associated with developmental abnormalities and several diseases, making it a useful biomarker for related studies.

Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 4.688 pg/mL and a working range of 7.813–500 pg/mL. Linearity in serum (n=5) was 83–101% at 1:2, 88–100% at 1:4 and 85–101% at 1:8; in EDTA plasma (n=5) 84–101%, 80–89% and 85–103%; and in heparin plasma (n=5) 96–101%, 83–93% and 90–102%. Recovery ranged from 89–103% (average 95%) in serum, 85–101% (average 94%) in EDTA plasma, and 88–104% (average 93%) in heparin plasma. The standard protocol uses primary incubation at 37 °C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding, HRP-streptavidin (SABC) incubation, TMB colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm.

Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Unopened kits should be stored at 2–8 °C for up to 12 months. Components supplied are a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled antibody concentrate (100X), HRP-streptavidin conjugate SABC (100X), TMB substrate, sample dilution buffer, antibody and SABC dilution buffers, stop solution, 25X wash buffer, plate sealers and a technical manual.
