Mouse TCK-1 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1533)

Mouse TCK-1 (Thymus Chemokine 1) is a CXC-family chemokine associated with thymocyte trafficking and lymphoid tissue homing. This PharmaGenie immunoassay from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of mouse TCK-1 in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant samples.

Built on a sandwich capture format, the kit uses a 96-well microplate pre-coated with capture antibody, paired with biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin-HRP conjugate. TMB substrate produces a colorimetric signal read at 450 nm, with the standard curve spanning 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL. The minimum detectable concentration (sensitivity) is approximately 7.8 pg/mL, and the recommended sample volume is 100 uL per well.

Upon receipt, all reagents should be refrigerated and the microplate kept sealed with desiccant to preserve antibody activity across the shelf life of the kit. Validation studies confirm mouse-specific reactivity with no significant cross-reactivity against homologous chemokines. Each pack provides materials for one complete 96-well plate run, including standards, detection antibody, buffers, substrate, and stop solution, sufficient for duplicate measurements across the standard curve and unknown samples.
