Mouse Tbk1 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a sandwich ELISA kit in a double-antibody format for the quantitative detection of mouse TBK1, also known as TANK-binding kinase 1. The colorimetric assay is positioned for immunology research, where TBK1 plays a key role in immune response, inflammation, and autophagy, and its dysregulation has been associated with inflammatory diseases, autoimmune disorders, and cancer.

The kit reports a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a working range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. It is compatible with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and components should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. According to the supplied protocol, reagents and TMB substrate are first equilibrated to room temperature, followed by a primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes at 37°C, HRP-streptavidin (SABC) incubation for 30 minutes, TMB colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after addition of stop solution.
