Mouse TBG (Thyroxine Binding Globulin) CLIA Kit (MOES00563)

This Chemiluminescence (CLIA) immunoassay kit from Assay Genie is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of Mouse Thyroxine Binding Globulin (TBG) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. It employs a Sandwich-CLIA principle in which the microplate is pre-coated with a capture antibody specific to Mouse TBG, with detection via a biotinylated antibody and an Avidin-HRP conjugate that produces a chemiluminescent signal positively associated with analyte concentration.

The assay reports a sensitivity of 37.50 pg/mL with a detection range of 62.50–4000 pg/mL and a total assay time of 3.5 hours, using 100 µL of sample per well. Reported recovery values are 101–118% (average 108%) for serum (n=5), 94–110% (average 102%) for EDTA plasma (n=5), and 86–98% (average 92%) for cell culture media (n=5). The kit specifically recognizes Mouse TBG, with no significant cross-reactivity or interference between Mouse TBG and analogues observed, and both intra-assay and inter-assay CV values are reported as below 15%.
