Mouse TAGLN3/Transgelin-3 ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA in double-antibody format from Assay Genie, designed for the quantitative detection of mouse transgelin-3 (TAGLN3) with a colorimetric readout. The kit has a reported sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. It is reactive with mouse samples and is intended to measure TAGLN3 levels in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with storage at 2–8°C for 12 months.
