Mouse TAFI/Thrombin activatable fibrinolysis inhibitor ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a sandwich ELISA, double-antibody kit for the quantitative measurement of Thrombin-Activatable Fibrinolysis Inhibitor (TAFI) in mouse samples. TAFI is an enzyme that regulates the fibrinolytic system and plays a role in blood clot formation and dissolution. Dysregulation of TAFI has been associated with thrombosis, inflammatory disorders, and cardiovascular conditions.

The kit is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported sensitivity is 0.469 ng/mL with a working range of 0.781-50 ng/mL. Reagents should be stored at 2-8°C, where the kit remains stable for 12 months.

Manufacturer performance data include linearity values across serial dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8. For serum (n=5), ranges are 80-90%, 86-101%, and 83-101%. EDTA plasma (n=5) shows 87-95%, 82-94%, and 90-105%, while heparin plasma (n=5) shows 91-105%, 85-96%, and 82-98%. Recovery ranges are 86-102% for serum (average 97%), 86-101% for EDTA plasma (average 93%), and 86-100% for heparin plasma (average 93%).
