Mouse Tachykinin-3 (Tac3) ELISA Kit

The kit shows a detection range of 15.6–1000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 7.94 pg/mL, with a reported intra-assay CV of 8.3% and inter-assay CV of 9.9%. Specificity is defined against natural and recombinant mouse Tachykinin-3.

Tachykinin-3 is a secreted neuropeptide of the tachykinin family described as a critical central regulator of gonadal function and is involved in processes such as neuropeptide signaling and positive regulation of blood pressure. Accepted sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids, with linearity and recovery data provided for serum as well as EDTA and heparin plasma matrices.
