Mouse T-cell leukemia/lymphoma protein 1A (Tcl1a) ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of T-cell leukemia/lymphoma protein 1A (TCL1A) in mouse samples. The assay is reactive against natural and recombinant mouse TCL1A (UniProt P56280) and accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Working as a sandwich ELISA with colorimetric detection, the kit provides a detection range of 6.25–400 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 3.195 pg/mL. TCL1A is a protein implicated in T-cell leukemia and lymphoma development that enhances phosphorylation and activation of AKT1, AKT2 and AKT3, promotes cell proliferation, stabilises mitochondrial membrane potential and supports cell survival. It functions as a homodimer that localises to the cytoplasm, nucleus, microsomes and the endoplasmic reticulum, and is restricted in the T-cell lineage to immature thymocytes and activated peripheral lymphocytes while being preferentially expressed early in T- and B-lymphocyte differentiation.

Supplied by Assay Genie in a solid-phase format, the kit is shipped at +4°C. Key components include a dismountable 8×12-strip ELISA microplate, lyophilised standard, sample and assay diluents, detection reagents A and B, wash buffer, substrate, stop solution and plate sealer, with most reagents stored at –20°C. A microplate reader with a 450 nm filter is required, and the product is intended for research use only.
