Mouse T-bet/TBX21 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative determination of T-bet/TBX21 in mouse samples. It uses a colorimetric, double-antibody workflow with TMB substrate development and absorbance read at 450 nm. Acceptable sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Linearity (n=5) was demonstrated for serum (1:2 86-105%, 1:4 87-103%, 1:8 80-100%), EDTA plasma (1:2 83-96%, 1:4 84-101%, 1:8 83-96%) and heparin plasma (1:2 96-105%, 1:4 81-90%, 1:8 84-100%). Recovery averaged 96% for serum (range 80-99%), 91% for EDTA plasma (range 88-99%) and 94% for heparin plasma (range 86-105%). T-bet (Tbx21) is a transcription factor controlling TH1 differentiation and interferon-gamma expression, and its dysregulation is linked to autoimmune and inflammatory disease research. Kit components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
