Mouse Syntenin-1 (Sdcbp) ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse Syntenin-1 (Sdcbp), also known as scaffold protein Pbp1 or syndecan-binding protein 1. The assay recognises natural and recombinant mouse Syntenin-1 and has been validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Syntenin-1 is a multifunctional adapter protein involved in trafficking of transmembrane proteins, neuro- and immunomodulation, exosome biogenesis and tumorigenesis, and its dysregulation has been linked to cancer, inflammation and neurodegenerative disorders.

Reported performance figures include a detection range of 78-5000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 39.5 pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is 7.9% and inter-assay CV is 9.4%. Recovery averages 99% (range 93-105%) for serum and 101% (range 95-107%) for plasma.
