Mouse Syntaxin 2 (STX2) ELISA Kit

The kit supports research into neural secretion, epithelial transport, and platelet granule release pathways. Each kit includes a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standards, detection antibody, and substrate solution. Reconstituted reagents should be refrigerated at 4°C and protected from light, while unused strips remain in a sealed pouch with desiccant. The assay uses 50 uL of sample per well with intra-assay precision typically below 10% CV, and absorbance is measured spectrophotometrically for downstream concentration analysis.
