Mouse Syndecan1/CD138 SuperSet ELISA Kit

A SuperSet DIY ELISA Kit from Assay Genie designed for the detection of Mouse Syndecan-1/CD138 in cell culture supernatant, serum and plasma samples. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is intended for use in pharmaceutical and biotech research, where the DIY ELISA range is positioned as a key tool for immunology research. Each kit contains a highly optimised antibody pair together with a purified recombinant protein, enabling detection of the analyte in cell culture supernatants as well as in more complex matrices such as serum and plasma.

The kit recognises both recombinant and natural Mouse soluble Syndecan-1, with no cross reactivity with other Mouse soluble molecules. The quoted assay range is 0.5 ng/ml - 16 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.35 ng/ml. Total incubation time from sample to end is 2h45, using a sample size of 100 µl (50 µl for serum/plasma). Kit contents include capture and biotinylated detection antibody, one standard per plate, Streptavidin-HRP, TMB and a detailed procedure including buffer composition. An Accessory Pack is also available separately, supplied for use across 5 plates.
