Mouse Syndecan-1 protein (His tag) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie uses a double-antibody format with colorimetric detection to quantitatively measure mouse Syndecan-1 protein. It is reactive against mouse samples and validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types.

The assay has a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a working range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL. Linear dilution performance was validated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma (n = 5), with average recovery of 97% across these three matrices. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months, and the kit is shipped at +4°C.

Syndecan-1, also known as SDC1, CD138, SDC, syndecan, or syndecan proteoglycan 1, is a cell-surface protein involved in cell adhesion and cellular signalling. Its dysregulation has been associated with inflammation, cancer, and wound healing, supporting its use as a biomarker in related research.
