Mouse Sulfiredoxin-1 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is configured with a double-antibody format and colorimetric detection for the quantitative measurement of sulfiredoxin-1 in mouse samples. The assay accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Linearity at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions was 93-101%, 92-99% and 86-99% for serum (n=5); 86-98%, 89-98% and 87-97% for EDTA plasma (n=5); and 85-97%, 84-99% and 80-95% for heparin plasma (n=5). Recovery averaged 92% (range 92-104%) for serum, 93% (range 92-100%) for EDTA plasma and 97% (range 90-105%) for heparin plasma. Unopened reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Sulfiredoxin-1 is an enzyme that contributes to cellular responses to oxidative stress by reducing overoxidized peroxiredoxins, with dysregulation linked to cancer, neurodegenerative disorders and cardiovascular diseases, supporting its use as a biomarker for related research.
