Mouse Stromelysin-3 (Mmp11) ELISA Kit

Stromelysin-3, also known as Matrix metalloproteinase-11 (MMP-11) or SL-3, is a member of the matrix metalloproteinase family encoded by the Mmp11 gene (UniProt Q02853). The protein is secreted and localizes to the extracellular space and extracellular matrix, where it contributes to extracellular matrix degradation and tissue remodeling, and may play an important role in the progression of epithelial malignancies. The kit is intended for research use only and is relevant to cancer research applications.
