Mouse Stromal Cell Derived Factor 1 (SDF1) ELISA Kit

This microplate immunoassay kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative detection of mouse CXCL12, the homeostatic chemokine also known as Stromal Cell Derived Factor 1, across multiple sample matrices including serum samples, plasma, tissue homogenates, and cell lysate preparations.

CXCL12 binds the CXCR4 and CXCR7 receptors, driving hematopoietic stem and progenitor cell homing, B-lymphocyte maturation, vascular patterning during embryogenesis, and recruitment of immune cells to sites of inflammation. Research applications include tumor microenvironment signaling studies, cardiac and neural developmental biology investigations, HIV co-receptor pathway analysis, and stem cell niche characterization in murine models.
