Mouse Stromal cell-derived factor 1 (Cxcl12) ELISA Kit

The kit is reactive with mouse samples and accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. It operates across a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL with a reported sensitivity of 0.163 ng/mL. Reproducibility is documented with an intra-assay CV of 6.8% and an inter-assay CV of 8.7%. Spike-and-recovery averages 93% (range 87–99%) in serum and 95% (range 89–101%) in plasma. The assay specifically recognises natural and recombinant mouse Stromal cell-derived factor 1, with UniProt accession P40224.
