Mouse sTNF RII/TNFRSF1B ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative detection of mouse sTNF RII (TNFRSF1B) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit uses a double antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection and offers a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL across a working range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL.

STNF-RII (TNFRSF1B) is a receptor involved in inflammation and immune responses, and measuring its levels supports research into autoimmune disorders, infectious diseases, and inflammatory conditions. Reported linearity for serum is 91–105%, 97–103% and 88–102% at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions; EDTA plasma 85–104%, 94–103% and 82–97%; and heparin plasma 83–95%, 84–90% and 80–98% (n = 5). Average recovery is 95% for serum, 97% for EDTA plasma and 97% for heparin plasma. The kit should be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

The assay workflow includes reagent equilibration, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody incubation for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) binding for 30 minutes, TMB colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after addition of stop solution.
