Mouse sTNF RI/TNFRSF1A ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the accurate detection of soluble tumor necrosis factor receptor type 1 (sTNF-RI/TNFRSF1A) in mouse samples. The kit is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types, and uses a colorimetric readout with absorbance measured at 450 nm. sTNF-RI/TNFRSF1A is a receptor in the TNF signalling pathway with established roles in inflammation, immune response, and cell survival, and its dysregulation has been implicated in autoimmune disorders, inflammatory conditions, and cancer.

Sensitivity is 46.875 pg/mL and the standard curve range is 78.125–5000 pg/mL. Linearity has been demonstrated across 1:2 to 1:8 dilutions for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, with average spike-and-recovery of 96% in serum, 91% in EDTA plasma and 92% in heparin plasma (n = 5). The procedure uses a biotin-labelled detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin binding and TMB substrate, with a primary incubation step of 37°C for 90 minutes. Kits should be stored at 2-8°C and remain stable for 12 months.
