Mouse STAT6 ELISA Kit

STAT6 is a key transcription factor that plays a critical role in immune responses, particularly in the regulation of Th2 cell differentiation and allergic inflammation. The kit uses a colorimetric, double antibody sandwich assay format and is reactive with mouse. It is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay has a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL. Linearity has been demonstrated across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8. For serum (n=5), linearity was 97-103%, 91-105%, and 87-104%; for EDTA plasma (n=5), 82-100%, 83-101%, and 83-95%; and for heparin plasma (n=5), 81-98%, 81-97%, and 84-97%. Recovery ranges were 89-99% (average 94%) for serum, 85-104% (average 97%) for EDTA plasma, and 91-104% (average 100%) for heparin plasma.
