Mouse STAT2 ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA kit employing the double-antibody method, supplied by Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of STAT2 in mouse samples. The assay is suitable for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with colour development read at 450 nm.

Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.375 ng/mL and a working range of 0.625-40 ng/mL. Linearity in serum (88-102% at 1:2, 88-101% at 1:4, 94-98% at 1:8), EDTA plasma (82-97%, 83-101%, 84-99%), and heparin plasma (82-99%, 92-97%, 80-98%) is documented, alongside recovery ranges of 85-103% for serum (average 92%), 90-103% for EDTA plasma (average 97%), and 86-105% for heparin plasma (average 95%). Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

The procedure comprises reagent equilibration, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin incubation for 30 minutes, TMB colour development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after addition of stop solution.
