Mouse Spleen Focus Forming Virus Proviral Integration Oncogene (SPI1) ELISA Kit

The SPI1 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of PU.1, the ETS-family transcription factor encoded by the Spleen Focus Forming Virus Proviral Integration Oncogene, in mouse-derived samples. Because PU.1 governs myeloid and B-lymphoid lineage commitment during hematopoiesis, this kit supports research on immune cell development, leukemia biology, and transcriptional regulation.
