Mouse Sphingosine 1-phosphate receptor 3 (S1pr3) ELISA Kit

A competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of mouse Sphingosine-1-Phosphate Receptor 3 (S1PR3) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay is specific for natural and recombinant mouse S1PR3 and is intended for research use only.

Performance characteristics reported on the manufacturer datasheet include a detection range of 0.312-20 ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.158 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 6.3% and an inter-assay CV of 7.6%. Linearity was evaluated across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions for serum (88-100%, 86-96%, 106-115%, 90-98%), EDTA plasma (105-113%, 101-111%, 103-115%, 83-93%) and heparin plasma (99-108%, 106-116%, 100-109%, 92-103%). Mean recovery was 93% in serum (range 87-99%) and 95% in plasma (range 89-101%).

S1PR3 is a multi-pass cell membrane G-protein coupled receptor for the bioactive lysophospholipid sphingosine 1-phosphate (S1P), as described by the manufacturer. Known synonyms include Endothelial differentiation G-protein coupled receptor 3, Lysophospholipid receptor B3, Sphingosine 1-phosphate receptor Edg-3, S1P receptor Edg-3, S1P receptor 3, Edg3 and Lpb3.
