Mouse Sphingosine 1-phosphate receptor 2 (S1pr2) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative detection of mouse Sphingosine 1-phosphate receptor 2 (S1pr2) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, using a colorimetric method.

Performance specifications include a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.09ng/mL. Precision is reported with an intra-assay CV of 7.6% and an inter-assay CV of 10.1%. Linearity was assessed across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 in serum (94-104%, 87-97%, 91-100%, 80-90%), EDTA plasma (87-99%, 100-109%, 105-115%, 91-101%), and heparin plasma (91-99%, 118-128%, 85-95%, 111-121%). Mean recovery is 93% (range 87-99%) in serum and 95% (range 89-101%) in plasma.

S1PR2 is a receptor for the lysosphingolipid sphingosine 1-phosphate (S1P), a bioactive lysophospholipid that elicits diverse physiological effects on most cell and tissue types. The kit is specific for natural and recombinant mouse S1pr2 and is intended for research use only.
