Mouse SPARC-like 1/SPARCL1 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a competitive ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of mouse SPARC-like 1 (SPARCL1, also known as SparcL1) in research samples. SPARCL1 plays a key role in extracellular matrix organization and cell adhesion, and is involved in tissue remodeling, wound healing, and tumor progression, making it a target of interest in studies of disease mechanisms and biomarker discovery.

The assay is intended for use with mouse samples including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. It is run in a competitive, antigen-coated ELISA format with colorimetric detection. Reported sensitivity is 0.469 ng/mL and the working range is 0.781-50 ng/mL. Recovery and linearity have been validated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions.

The protocol involves equilibrating TMB substrate, adding standard or sample together with biotin-labeled antibody, washing, color development, stopping the reaction, and reading absorbance at 450 nm. The kit should be stored at 2-8°C in a sealed pouch; cryopreservation is not recommended.
