Mouse Sorting nexin-9 (Snx9) ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative detection of mouse Sorting nexin-9 (SNX9), this Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is reactive with mouse samples and is intended for research use only. The assay is specific for natural and recombinant mouse Sorting nexin-9 and is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids.

The assay uses a colorimetric detection method with a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.156ng/mL. Reported precision values include an intra-assay CV of 6.3% and an inter-assay CV of 7.7%. Sample recovery averages 85% (range 80-91%) for serum and 87% (range 81-93%) for plasma. Reported linearity for serum ranges from 88-114% across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions, for EDTA plasma 84-109%, and for heparin plasma 82-117% (N=5).

SNX9 is a key protein involved in endocytosis and intracellular vesicle trafficking, with described roles in mitosis, cytokinesis, clathrin-dependent and clathrin-independent endocytosis, macropinocytosis, and reorganization of the F-actin cytoskeleton.
