Mouse Sonic Hedgehog Homolog/SHH ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a sandwich-format, double-antibody ELISA for the quantitative detection of Sonic Hedgehog Homolog (SHH) in mouse-derived samples. The colorimetric assay is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

The reported sensitivity is 9.375 pg/mL with an assay range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. Components are stored at 2–8°C and the kit remains stable for 12 months under these conditions. SHH is described as a key signaling protein involved in embryonic development, tissue regeneration, cell growth, differentiation, and patterning, with dysregulation of SHH signaling implicated in developmental disorders, cancer, and neurological diseases. Linearity data across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions and recovery data are provided for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma matrices.
