Mouse Somatostatin (Sst) ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse somatostatin, this colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie provides a detection range of 7.8-500 pg/mL with a sensitivity of 4.22 pg/mL. The assay is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and recognises natural and recombinant mouse somatostatin. Reported precision is 6.1% intra-assay and 9.8% inter-assay, with dilution linearity demonstrated across 1:2 to 1:16 in serum (103-116% at 1:2), EDTA plasma (93-102% at 1:2) and heparin plasma (88-99% at 1:2). Spike-and-recovery averages 109% in serum (range 103-115%) and 111% in plasma (range 105-117%).
