The Mouse Somatostatin PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a competitive immunoassay for quantitative measurement of somatostatin peptide in mouse samples. The microplate is pre-coated with anti-somatostatin capture antibody, and bound analyte is detected with an HRP-conjugated reporter and TMB substrate, yielding a measurable absorbance change.

Each well receives a 50 µL sample, and the kit provides reagents for 96 assays. Contents also include standard diluent, wash buffer concentrate, substrate, and stop solution. Lyophilized standards should be stored at -20°C; reconstituted reagents should be aliquoted and kept frozen to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
